Hi, I’m Georgia!
When I started my health + fitness journey 8 years ago, I had NO IDEA what to eat. I was consumed with diets, poor body image, and an obsession with weighing less. I would be constantly ‘on’ or ‘off’, losing then regaining weight, and suffering with low energy. I was overweight, unhappy and unfit.
Flash forward to now: I don’t diet. My weight stays within around 10lbs year round. My clothes fit me year round. I feel comfortable and confident in my skin. I feel healthy and energised. I enjoy my favourite foods daily (helloooo, Cadbury!) I feel consistent and know what I need to eat to feel my best. I’ve even competed at the highest level in my sport (at the CrossFit Games!).

Curriculum:
here’s what we’ll cover…

Prior to starting the course, you’ll receive materials on goal setting - helping you to set realistic goals, and taking you through why it’s important to have goals, and they can change as life changes too. By being aware of your personal goals I can better support and guide you through the curriculum.

We start by establishing where your baseline is, by tracking your food intake - but don’t worry, this doesn’t just mean calorie or macro tracking, if that’s something that you don’t want to do! I take you through different methods of tracking to find a way that works for you - so that we can use this baseline to implement changes throughout the course and beyond.

Weekly lessons will take you through energy/calorie balance, each of the macronutrients - proteins, carbs, and fats - as well as vitamins, minerals and fibre. We’ll cover how much you need for different goals, and what this looks like in terms of different foods. You’ll not only know what to eat, but you’ll be empowered with the knowledge of WHY, and know how your requirements might change in future depending on your goals.

Alongside learning your needs, we’ll be implementing habits that take you from your baseline to your target intake. You won’t be changing everything overnight and going on a strict diet - instead, you’ll learn and practice these gradual adjustments, with support from me as well as shopping lists and portion size guides.

We know that the key to long-term results is long-term behaviour change - aka, not just a short-term diet, but habits that actually last. And we know that the key to creating these habits is adding them gradually, and in a way that’s manageable for you and your lifestyle. The habits we focus on in this course will be adapted to you - because one size does not fit all! I’ll help you find what works for you to create your path to long-term success.

The course starts on Monday 2nd January and the final day is Sunday 12th February - 6 weeks in total. Prior to the start date you will receive an intake form as well as a welcome pack to ensure you are set up on the SENPRO app, part of the Facebook group and have access to all necessary materials. You’ll be able to contact me if you have any questions or concerns!

Absolutely! Huge changes to your lifestyle, your health and your body can be made through nutrition alone, without setting foot in a gym. That said, I encourage everyone to be active in some way, due to the huge benefits on health that are independent from weight loss, as well as the positive impact on mental health. If you need support or advice on increasing your activity levels, I can provide advice in this area.

Yes! The course is designed to support all types of eaters, and particularly in the protein lesson, outlines the implications and considerations of plant-based protein sources so that you can make informed decisions about the foods you eat. That said, this is not a course targeted specifically at plant-based eaters, so if you’re looking for a specialist course, this may not be for you.

No! Some people choose to count calories or macros as they find this is the simpler option for them. Others find it inconvenient, or are inconsistent, or become obsessive with it and find it doesn’t help them - so we cover other ways to track and adjust your intake in the first week of the course. It’s all about finding what works for you!

You’ll have permanent access to the worksheets and cheatsheets in PDF form, plus the video lessons in the form of links to YouTube. This means you can continue implementing what you’ve learned, refreshing the information and progressing long after the course has finished!
You will have access to the Facebook group, SENPRO app + be able to ask questions for the weekly Q+A for the duration of the 6 weeks.

Absolutely. The basic requirements will be to be able to watch a YouTube video (either on your phone, or tablet, laptop or desktop.) Ideally, you will have access to Facebook so you can be added to the community group where I’ll post all the links and updates, and you can interact with fellow course members to get support. However, if you prefer, you can access the materials via email - but with the downside of not participating with the rest of the cohort. The SENPRO app is a specialist nutrition software that has both an app for your phone, or can be accessed via computer. Again, this is recommended for food tracking, habit tracking, and progress tracking but not 100% necessary to success with this course!
