Representing England at the Malta International Open

I’m beyond excited to share some incredible news—I’ve been selected to represent England at this year’s Malta International Open! I’ll be competing in the women’s 76kg class from March 21st-23rd in Sliema, Malta, and I couldn’t be more thrilled for the opportunity to step onto the international stage.

This journey has been one of dedication, patience, and trust in the process. If you have followed me for a while, you will know I sustained a wrist injury in 2023––which impacted much of my 2024 performances. Strength sports are about so much more than just lifting weights—it’s about showing up for yourself, embracing the challenges, and learning to appreciate the small wins along the way. There have been days where training felt amazing and days where I questioned everything (its a rollercoaster!).

More than anything, I hope my journey serves as a reminder that progress isn’t linear, and success doesn’t happen overnight. It’s built through consistency, resilience, and a willingness to keep going—even when it’s tough––something I’ve highlighted in my 75 Hard blog.

I’ll be sharing bits of my prep over the next few weeks as I build towards the competition so make sure to follow along on Instagram and TikTok.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way—Malta, here we come! 🇲🇹💪
